Late Arrival and No Show Policy

We understand that life happens! A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will be unable to complete your scheduled service without impacting the experience of other guests. Appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late will be rescheduled, and 100% of the scheduled service total will be due.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that emergencies arise, but please allow at least 48 hours for any appointment changes or cancellations. Any changes made with less than a 48 hour notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Any large length services, such as custom colors may require a 50% deposit to reserve.
